Hotel Roma & Tours truly exceeded all our expectations during our recent stay in Yerevan. The spacious suite we were accommodated in boasted a classic design, with a private bathroom featuring a rejuvenating spa bath. Not to mention the additional toilet, TV with satellite channels and DVD player, and a cozy seating area with a plush sofa for relaxation.The warm hospitality of the staff members and the manager made us feel right at home. Ms. Gohar's excellent English skills were a definite plus, enhancing our overall experience.One of the highlights of our stay was the sumptuous continental breakfast served in our room. The free Wi-Fi, roundtrip airport shuttle, and complimentary parking added to the convenience of our visit. The hotel's central location in Kentron made exploring Yerevan's cultural gems like the Opera House and National Gallery a breeze. The children's pool and terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail, including the free toiletries, hair dryer, and the fridge in our suite, truly showcased the hotel's dedication to guest comfort. The personal care we received from the staff, especially from Hovhannes, made us feel truly pampered.
